2. Payments

Stripe processes payment data under its own policies. We do not store your complete card number on our servers.

3. How we use information

We use it to process purchases, deliver and resend tickets, validate admission, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal duties, and improve the service.

4. When we share information

We may share necessary information with event organizers, payment processors, email and hosting providers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and security

We retain data as needed to operate, resolve disputes, and meet obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where legally applicable by emailing tickets@casadelostickets.com.
