1. Platform use

Casa de los Tickets provides a platform to discover events, purchase digital tickets, and present QR codes for admission. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Events and organizers

Event information, schedules, restrictions, and performance are the responsibility of the applicable organizer. We may update information at the organizer's request.

3. Purchases, fees, and taxes

The ticket price, service fees, applicable taxes, and final total are displayed before payment. Stripe processes payments; Casa de los Tickets does not store complete card numbers.

4. Digital tickets

Each ticket contains a unique code and is normally valid for one admission only. Buyers are responsible for protecting their ticket links and QR codes.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds depend on the event policy, organizer, and applicable law. Fees may be nonrefundable where permitted by law.

6. Conduct and security

You may not access events, accounts, orders, or systems without authorization; duplicate tickets; interfere with the service; or use it for fraud.

7. Advertising

Advertisements require payment and administrative approval. The purchased period begins when an administrator activates the banner. We may reject images, links, or content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, unsafe, or incompatible with our services. Advertisers represent that they have the right to use every supplied image, brand, and URL.
