Frequently asked questions
Clear answers for buying, receiving, and using tickets in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Buying tickets
Where should I buy tickets?
Purchase only through casadelostickets.com or an official link published by the event organizer. Select the event, admission or seat, enter your information, and review the total before paying.
How do I know my purchase is complete?
After payment is approved, a confirmation displays your order number and a link for each ticket. We also send a message to the email entered at checkout. Keep the order number.
Can I buy several tickets in one order?
Yes, while inventory remains. Every admission receives a separate QR code that can be validated only once. For reserved seating, each ticket identifies its assigned seat or table.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
Contact us through the Contact page and include your name, event, and order number. For security, we may request information to verify the purchase.
Prices, fees, and taxes
What does the displayed price include?
Before payment, checkout displays the total with applicable mandatory charges. The breakdown may include tickets, service fees, processing, and taxes. Optional add-ons selected by the buyer may be shown separately.
Why is there a service fee?
It supports platform operations, secure order processing, digital ticket delivery, admission tools, and customer assistance. The amount depends on the event configuration.
Does Casa de los Tickets set event prices?
The organizer determines prices, inventory, ticket categories, and event charges when applicable. Casa de los Tickets displays that information and processes the order through the platform.
Digital tickets and admission
Do I need to print my ticket?
Usually not. Open it on your phone and present the QR code with adequate screen brightness. You may also download or print it as a backup. Review any event-specific instructions.
Can I share a screenshot of my QR code?
We do not recommend it. The first person presenting a valid code may use it. Never post, forward, or share the QR code with an unauthorized person.
What does “ticket already used” mean?
Each QR code allows one admission. If the scanner reports prior use, ask the entrance supervisor to review its validation time and admission record.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Can I cancel my purchase?
Sales are generally final unless the event policy, organizer, or applicable law provides otherwise. Review the terms displayed before payment.
What happens if an event is canceled or changed?
The organizer determines the procedure. We may email instructions about a new date, ticket validity, credit, or refund. Keep your tickets and rely on official event channels.
How long does an approved refund take?
When a refund applies, it is returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on Stripe, the bank, or card issuer. Refundable charges depend on policy and applicable law.
Accessibility in the United States
How do I request accessible seating or a reasonable accommodation?
Review the event options and contact the organizer or Casa de los Tickets before purchasing if you need assistance. Availability and layout depend on the venue, while sales and access must follow applicable accessibility requirements.
Can a companion sit next to a wheelchair user?
Companion locations and availability depend on the venue’s accessible seating plan and applicable requirements. Request the needed arrangement before completing the purchase.
Events in Puerto Rico
Are discounts available for older adults or people with disabilities?
Puerto Rico laws provide discounts to eligible people at certain events or facilities. The percentage, reserved inventory, purchase timing, facility type, and identification depend on the law and event. Private events do not all qualify the same way. Confirm the procedure before purchasing.
Can I request a qualifying discount online?
It depends on the event and approved eligibility verification. Some venues may require an in-person purchase and current identification. If it is not offered online, contact the organizer before paying; a later adjustment is not guaranteed.
Does a discount apply to fees and taxes?
When a legal or promotional discount applies, its scope may be limited to the base ticket price. Service fees, processing, and taxes are calculated according to event settings and applicable rules. Review the breakdown before paying.
