Purchasing Tickets

You can buy your tickets through our website www.casadelostickets.com
or the event location has a physical ticket office.

How do I buy my tickets?

Once you choose the event you want to attend, you can make a selection from the available inventory* by these categories:

  • General admission
  • Choose numbered seat
  • By ticket value

*Options vary depending on space and event.

For purchases of concerts or shows at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum and the Coca Cola Music Hall, you can see the seating diagram to more easily identify and choose your seats.


How do I get tickets purchased through the website?

Once you purchase your tickets, you will receive two (2) emails: one confirming your purchase and another with your tickets. You can present your electronic ticket from your cell phone or printed ticket at the event entrance. Tickets purchased with this service ARE NOT available for pickup at the box office.

In the case of high demand events, once you make the purchase you will only receive an email with the purchase confirmation. Tickets will be emailed five (5) days prior to the event date, for security reasons. This also applies to all events held at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum and the Coca Cola Music Hall.

For security reasons, for events to be held at the Coliseum of Puerto Rico and the Coca-Cola Music Hall, two (2) emails are sent: one for confirmation of purchase and another five (5) days before the date of the event. event, with your tickets. For high-demand events held at other venues, tickets may also be shipped five (5) days prior to the event date.
