CDLT provides ticket processing, marketing, box office management and EKG CORP LIVE provides live broadcast service “On Demand” or “Pay Per View” of presentations and concerts of third parties through the platforms www.casadelostickets.com. casadelostickets.com operated by CDLT LLC for purchases made in USA. Purchases made in the Puerto Rico, are operated by CDLT USA LLC (collectively “CDLT”). CDLT is a leading provider of transaction processing services and financial applications and owns the CDLT brand.
The terms and conditions of use of the CDLT service are as follows. By using the CDLT service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
CDLT reserves the right to change or discontinue at any time any feature or aspect of the EKG CORP service including, without constituting an exhaustive or exhaustive list, content, hours of availability and equipment necessary to access its use.

Under no circumstances will CDLT, its agents or any other person or entity involved in the creation, production, sale or distribution of tickets be liable for any damages, including without constituting an exhaustive or exhaustive list, direct, indirect, incidental damages, special, consequential or punitive arising from the use or inability to use the EKG CORP service.

EKG CORP and other stylized versions of that name are trademarks of EKG CORP LLC. All material subject to copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) used as part of the EKG CORP service are the property of EKG CORP and their respective owners.
It is prohibited to modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or in any way take advantage of any part of this Intellectual Property. It is prohibited to upload, publish or make available in any other way on EKG CORP any material protected under copyright, trademark or any other proprietary rights without the express written consent of the owner of such rights. You will be solely responsible for any damages resulting from a violation of Intellectual Property, and you expressly release CDLT from liability for such damages.
Some of the content on EKG CORP is provided by third parties. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information or content expressed or made available by users or third parties, including information providers, belong to their respective authors, owners or distributors and not to CDLT. Neither DLT nor its agents or any third party information provider guarantees the precision, accuracy or usefulness of the content or its commercialization or suitability for your particular use. CDLT does not endorse nor is it responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or representation made on CDLT by anyone other than an employee or spokesperson of CDLT while acting in their official capacity.
All purchases for events to be held in Puerto Rico will be completed through EKG CORP LLC. Purchases for events in the United States that are not held in Puerto Rico will be completed through EKG CORP USA LLC.
Various payment methods are accepted, including credit and debit cards. Only debit cards issued by banking entities located in Puerto Rico will be accepted. Payment methods for purchases made directly at headquarters may include cash payment.
EKG CORP offers the ticketing service on behalf of event promoters, which means that we do not set ticket prices or determine seating locations or the duration of an event. The event promoter is responsible for determining the prices of your event tickets, the availability of your inventory and the duration of the content to be distributed by EKG CORP
Tickets purchased through EKG CORP are subject to charges for services offered by EKG CORP. These may also include additional charges that are not established by EKG CORP and that may not necessarily be optional. The price established on the ticket (“ticket”) that gives you access to a face-to-face or online event represents the cost of admission and does not necessarily include all applicable service and processing charges. The charges for the services that EKG CORP offers when processing an order are not refundable, even if the event is canceled or postponed since the services were provided when processing the purchase. In addition, there are additional charges that may vary by event or facility and are charges imposed by the promoter or facility; They are not charges imposed by EKG CORP.

Ticket prices, service charges and additional charges are subject to Sales and Use Tax (“IVU”) and other additional taxes that are applicable within the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico.
If you choose to receive your tickets through the Print-at-home option, you can print it (s) and present it (s) at the entrance of the venue where the event will take place. For tickets obtained through Email E-Ticket, you will only have to show the ticket on your mobile device at the entrance of the event.
The purchase of ticket (s), or sales by a third party is not authorized.
The ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to the event for which the ticket is being issued, whether they have occurred before, during or after the event. Upon admission, the ticket holder agrees to comply with all laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, and rules applicable to the venue where the event will take place. Failure to comply with the local rules may result in your expulsion from the event. In accordance with its own internal rules and regulations, venue management may reserve the right to refuse admission of any individual whose behavior appears to be questionable. Their expulsion from the event cancels the ticket and with that, the bearer of the same in an informed and voluntary manner waives any claim for refund of the ticket price or any associated service or delivery charges. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Lost, stolen or mutilated tickets will not be honored. In the event that duplicates of the ticket are presented, the venue reserves the right to refuse entry to the ticket holders.
CDLT is not responsible for any act carried out by the management of the premises towards the ticket holder and / or his companions.
Every sale is final. No cancellations or changes are made to orders already processed. There are also no reprints of tickets already purchased, except in some circumstances as explained in the section below.
Cancellations of events that take place in Puerto Rico are regulated by the Office of Services to the Promoter of Public Shows of the Puerto Rico Department of the Treasury (only in Puerto Rico). The date, time and place of the event may be subject to change. If any of the aforementioned changes arise, it will be the responsibility of the promoter to manage the refund of the ticket price and the tax applicable to the ticket price.
If an event is canceled or postponed, the event promoter communicates the changes and instructions on the refund through some means of communication, including sending a communication to the email used to purchase tickets to the event. If the event is canceled, the buyer will have 30 days to submit a refund claim. In case of change of date, time and/or place of the event, the buyer will receive an email notification indicating the instructions on the refund, including the deadline established solely by the promoter of the event.
EKG CORP processing and service charges are non-refundable. For EKG CORP LIVE events, there will be no refund due to lack of access and / or difficulties in accessing the internet connection and / or electricity.
The copyright on the images and video belongs to the owners thereof. In compliance with the copyright of their holders, links to access events through the live streaming system, “Pay Per View” or “On Demand” cannot be shared or resold to third parties.
The material accessed through the EKG CORP LIVE service is for residential use only. No commercial use of EKG CORP LIVE broadcasts in public places. The content distributed and / or displayed by EKG CORP LIVE may not be accessed or viewed in commercial places such as bars, restaurants, hotels or public places. Neither the online content nor the presentations distributed by EKG CORP LIVE may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, visited, saved, retransmitted in any form or electronic or mechanical means, sold, resold or exploited in any way. The client may not, for any reason, alter, edit, supplement, omit or circumvent any element received as part of the EKG CORP LIVE service, including the insertion of trackers or advertisements immediately before, during or after the exhibition or transmission of the program .
The material produced through our site is produced in good faith for the general audience. The material distributed through “live streaming”, “On Demand,” and / or “Pay Per View” belongs to third parties with whom CDLT only has contracted the rights to distribute the content. The content of the transmissions is the property of third parties who hold and represent to have the intellectual property rights of everything contained in the transmissions. We will do our best to ensure that the availability of content on our site is uninterrupted and that transmissions are error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. EKG CORP is not responsible for any decrease in the quality of the event due to the use of a system with lower requirements and / or capacities.
In the case of “live streaming” and / or “Pay Per View”, the client will be responsible for being connected from the beginning of the “live streaming” since they will not be able to go back once the transmission has started and at the end of the event, the access to content. In the case of “On Demand”, the customer will have 24 hours from completing the acquisition transaction to access the content. The client will be able to access the content as many times as they want within 24 hours. EKG CORP is not responsible for the content of third-party pages promoted on its page, nor for expenses or damages incurred as a result of these. A minimum of 5% of the total tickets for sale of each performance will be reserved for people 65 years or older at a discount of 50% of the regular ticket price. This discount will be available up to 72 hours before the event and only applies to the regular price of the ticket, not to service charges or other additional charges established by EKG CORP. To apply this discount, it is required to make the purchase by presenting a valid and current identification, with a photo and date of birth, issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The Senior person will be required to be present at the entrance of the event and must present their photo identification to gain entry to the event. This discount will only be valid for events held in a location that is owned or operated by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
A discount of 50% of the regular price of the ticket will be applied to people with disabilities. This discount only applies to the regular price of the ticket and not to the service charges or other additional charges established by EKG CORP. To apply this discount, the purchase must be made by presenting the card issued by the Puerto Rico Department of Health that certifies the impairment. It is required that the person with a disability be present at the entrance of the event and must present their photo identification to gain entry to the event. This discount will only be valid for events held in a location that is owned or operated by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 wherever people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to serious illness and death. By attending an event, you assume all risks and dangers that arise from or are in any way related to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness, including, but not limited to, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen. capable of causing a contagious disease or illness, whether the exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how it was caused or contracted, and you hereby disclaim any and all claims and potential claims against CDLT, EKG CORP and the Event Organizer and against any company affiliated with CDLT, EKG CORP or the Event Organizer, in relation to such risks and dangers.
The user / holder of tickets obtained through the EKG CORP service is responsible for reading and complying with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any policies, rules and / or terms and conditions established by the promoters of the event and the owners of the facilities where the event will take place.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any cause of action of any nature that arises under these Terms and Conditions will be initiated in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any claim or dispute arising from the services subject to these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
In cases of cancellation or event postponement, the process shall be subject to CDLT’S ticket reimbursement policy. Ticket receipts shall have the detailed allocation of pricing and all other applicable charges. All other claims regarding Event Parking tickets must be conducted directly to the parking operator. The parking operator is identified in the Event parking ticket.
